I had my surgery in April 2023 with Dr Balli. I came from the UK after receiving a recommendation from Turkish family. Beyza who is the English coordinator managed everything perfectly from start to finish. She was with me for a lot of each day in Turkey too. Dr Balli’s English is very good as well and I saw her often everyday before and after surgery. She was so kind as we went into surgery and I got a little nervous. She is such a capable and caring surgeon. Medical pre checks were extensive, much more than I have ever experienced in private UK medicine. I learned so much about my overall health. I had 3 procedures in one surgery – needed gall bladder removal and hernia repair too. The hospital was like a private ensuite hotel room with a sofa bed for my partner to stay with me. He had great meals 3 times a day. 4 months on and I still have regular video meetings with the team to check on progress, but we also have a WhatsApp group where I can ask medical and diet questions which are answered extremely quickly. I’m so pleased with the service I have received and happy to say that my health and quality of life have drastically improved as a result of my surgery. Thank you to all the team. I can recommend them highly.
